Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, crafting personalized and effective treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities—including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies—to deliver individual and group therapy sessions.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and fellow therapists to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care, and facilitate referrals as needed.

• Offer crisis intervention services, utilizing your skills to provide immediate support to clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies.

• Take an active role in community outreach initiatives aimed at raising mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and promoting accessible care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with clients from diverse backgrounds, which may include individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• Active and independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual compensation for this role ranges from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with your qualifications and experience.
