Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing and nurturing trusting relationships while adhering to professional ethical standards.

• Conduct thorough initial intake assessments to understand clients’ mental health backgrounds, strengths, and therapeutic needs.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with each client’s specific goals.

• Document client progress meticulously in accordance with clinical protocols, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.

• Hold regular sessions with clients, monitoring their progress and adapting treatment plans as necessary to address evolving challenges and goals.

• Engage in ongoing individual supervision, continuing education, and team collaboration to enhance both personal and organizational learning.

• Collaborate with intercultural healthcare providers, including medical doctors and case managers, to facilitate comprehensive care and support for clients.

• Advocate for client needs and coordinate referrals to community resources and support services when appropriate.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a wide range of clients facing various challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, substance abuse, trauma, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n
