Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments during initial patient consultations to identify individual needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address the specific goals of each patient.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups to foster community and provide collective resources for addressing common mental health challenges.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other team members to ensure that each patient receives integrated and multifaceted care.

• Provide crisis intervention services when needed, assessing immediate risks and ensuring appropriate support is available.

• Educate patients on their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in case conferences and team meetings to discuss patient progress and share insights for improved therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
