This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing therapists to provide their services from the comfort of their own homes while maintaining strong connectivity with our collaborative team. Typical work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to meet the diverse needs of our patients throughout the week.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments through telehealth platforms, identifying patients' needs and developing tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to facilitate progress in individual and group settings.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups that foster community among participants while addressing prevalent mental health issues.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals—including psychiatrists and psychologists—to deliver coordinated, holistic care tailored to the specific needs of each patient.

• Provide crisis intervention services efficiently, supporting patients experiencing acute mental health emergencies with compassion and professionalism.

• Educate patients on various mental health conditions and available treatment options, reinforcing their understanding of resources in the community.

Qualifications\n
