Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to identify patients' unique experiences and struggles, allowing for tailored treatment pathways.

• Lead individual, family, and group therapy sessions to promote emotional resilience, enhance well-being, and address mental health challenges.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for patients in acute distress, ensuring their safety and facilitating access to further support.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential patient records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active and valid license as an LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C in the state of Maryland.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and an array of evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Strong crisis intervention skills and the capacity to navigate high-pressure situations effectively.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a variety of individuals.

Compensation and Benefits\n
