Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments for clients entering therapy to establish a clear understanding of their mental health history, current challenges, and preferences.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that are tailored to individual client needs and are based on the best available research and clinical expertise.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment goals and strategies as necessary to reflect changes in client status and outcomes.

• Document therapy sessions and progress notes meticulously, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and professional standards.

• Participate in regular supervision and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
