Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs through video consultations and telephonic interviews, enabling you to formulate accurate clinical diagnoses and collaborate on personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches tailored specifically to client goals.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, employing effective de-escalation techniques in a virtual format.

• Maintain detailed and secure client records, including accurate treatment plans and progress notes, aligned with ethical and legal standards to ensure confidentiality and privacy.

• Collaborate seamlessly with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, fostering coordinated care to ensure comprehensive treatment approaches are employed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with diverse populations, including adults, adolescents, and families grappling with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Each client presents a unique profile; thus, you will adapt your methods to fit their individual circumstances and therapy goals.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) in accordance with state regulations.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field is essential.

• A minimum of two years of related experience working in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, alongside the potential for a sign-on bonus.
