Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns, utilizing standardized tools and methodologies to inform your approach.

• Provide individual therapy sessions employing evidence-based techniques tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, adjusting therapeutic strategies as necessary based on feedback and results.

• Work collaboratively with clients to set and review therapeutic goals, tracking progress over the course of treatment and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Introduce teletherapy options for clients who may face barriers attending in-person sessions, ensuring continuity of care through digital platforms.

• Maintain diligent and timely documentation to meet ethical standards set forth by regulatory bodies, using our electronic health record (EHR) system to manage client files efficiently.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, taking advantage of training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about new therapeutic methods.

Therapists are expected to demonstrate an understanding of multicultural issues and be capable of providing sensitive care. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
