Work Environment\n

As a licensed Mental Health Counselor at SpringLeaf, you will work remotely, giving you the flexibility to manage your schedule effectively. Our practice operates Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient appointments. This remote work setting allows for a balance between professional responsibilities and personal commitments while still delivering impactful mental health services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to develop personalized treatment plans, accounting for the unique experiences and backgrounds of each patient.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to meet individual patient needs, ensuring that cultural contexts are incorporated into treatment strategies.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing mental health challenges and promoting resilience among clients.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for patients.

• Provide crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, ensuring that patients receive immediate care when needed.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources to support their well-being.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
