Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R Privilege (LCSW-R), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Psychoanalyst, or Psychologist.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Demonstrated proficiency in using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, previous experience in a community health setting or private practice is highly desirable. Candidates with a background in telehealth services will have a distinct advantage, given the remote nature of this role.
