The position is remote, allowing therapists the flexibility to work from home while maintaining a structured and professional setting. Our work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate the varied scheduling needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups aimed at empowering clients and fostering community connections.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide comprehensive care and effective communication regarding patient progress.

• Offer crisis intervention services, employing de-escalation techniques during mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients on their mental health conditions, treatment alternatives, and available support resources in the community.

• Document clinical assessments, treatment outcomes, and client progress in accordance with legal and ethical standards, maintaining confidentiality.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in case consultations and team meetings.

• Stay updated on the latest developments and research in mental health therapy to enhance the quality of care provided.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C in the state of Kansas.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and various evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and developing effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Skill in delivering both individual and group therapy sessions to a variety of patient populations.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard computer applications.
