Key Responsibilities\n

• Participate in regular team meetings and supervision sessions to discuss cases, share insights, and receive ongoing professional support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will predominantly involve supporting adults and adolescents facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges. Clients may come from diverse backgrounds and locations, all of whom require sensitive understanding and personalized treatment approaches. Your ability to establish rapport and trust with clients—primarily through virtual interaction—will be essential for fostering effective therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state-issued license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Proven proficiency in digital communication tools and virtual therapy platforms.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of creating a safe virtual environment for clients.

• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and a strong understanding of the diverse challenges clients face.
