Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adults seeking support for various mental health challenges. Our clinic serves individuals facing issues such as anxiety disorders, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid clinical license (LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT, or PsyD) in the state of Maryland.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a relevant field.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong therapeutic alliances with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

HealthLinkNow offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
