This role will primarily be conducted in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility in managing your work-life balance. While a portion of client sessions may be facilitated virtually via teletherapy, our outpatient office remains a welcoming space for in-person appointments. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gain insight into clients' mental health concerns and develop tailored treatment plans that reflect their unique situations.

• Provide one-on-one therapy using evidence-based modalities, ensuring that treatment approaches are customized to promote personal growth and lasting well-being.

• Set therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, regularly monitoring their progress and adapting treatment plans as necessary throughout the journey.

• Offer teletherapy services to clients who prefer virtual interactions, ensuring all individuals have access to the support they need regardless of circumstances.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation to uphold ethical standards and compliance with regulatory requirements, reflecting our commitment to professionalism and integrity.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in workshops, training, and supervision opportunities to enhance your therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clinician will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Our focus is on creating a safe and trusting therapeutic environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences and working toward recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license, such as LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Ability to demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills necessary for building therapeutic relationships with clients.

• A compassionate and non-judgmental demeanor, exhibiting empathy towards clients' experiences and challenges.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills that enable effective caseload management and oversight of administrative responsibilities.
