Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, identifying their emotional, psychological, and behavioral needs.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing a wide range of modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and other effective interventions.

• Provide crisis intervention and support, utilizing appropriate techniques to address immediate concerns while ensuring client safety and well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic primarily serves a diverse community of clients ranging in age and backgrounds, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. As a mental health therapist at Perpetual Help, you will provide care for adults, adolescents, and families, tailoring approaches to meet specific cultural sensitivities and individual needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, LCSW-C).

• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with a proven ability to conceive and implement effective treatment strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, reflective of your experience and expertise, along with potential bonus opportunities.
