Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify client concerns, strengths, and treatment goals, guiding the development of tailored therapy plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve span a wide range of demographics, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A current state license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The base salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually , reflective of experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, full-time counselors receive a monthly healthcare stipend to support their well-being.
