Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments with clients via secure video conferencing to create tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs.

• Provide a variety of counseling services, including individual sessions, family therapy, marriage counseling, and group therapy, depending on client requirements and your areas of expertise.

• Utilize advanced virtual assessment tools to perform mental health screenings, evaluate treatment needs and form a baseline for future sessions.

• Collaborate with clients to identify their goals, preferences, and circumstances, allowing for the adaptation of therapy approaches in a personalized way.

• Develop, implement, and continuously revise individualized treatment plans to align with client progress and feedback.

• Maintain regular therapy sessions, ensuring a consistent commitment to client care and adjusting plans as necessary based on evolving needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will encompass a wide range of backgrounds and challenges, including children, adolescents, and families experiencing mental and behavioral health issues. You will work with individuals facing co-occurring disorders and others seeking support for substance abuse treatment. Your expertise will directly influence their mental health journeys, aiding them in developing coping strategies and fostering resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field, such as Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), or Social Work (LICSW).

• An active state license in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), or as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

Preferred Experience\n

• Ideally, candidates will have 3 to 5 years of experience in delivering mental health services, including individual and group therapy methods, particularly to those with behavioral health challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n
