This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, providing you the ability to deliver care to clients from the comfort of your own space. Working from home, you will engage with clients through telehealth platforms, allowing for a personalized and accessible approach to therapy. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with the potential for some evening hours on a rotating basis to accommodate client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• A strong foundation in evidence-based therapies, particularly those addressing co-occurring disorders such as Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment and Motivational Interviewing.

• Superior understanding of the interplay between mental health and substance use, as well as outstanding interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration within an interdisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits\n
