Thrive & Bloom Counseling is on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our growing team. This full-time position allows you to work remotely from the comfort of your home while bringing your unique expertise to clients who seek mental health support. We offer an attractive salary range of USD 50,000 – 80,000 annually, along with a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.

Work Environment\n

As a remote position, you will have the flexibility to manage your work schedule while adhering to our standard hours of Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm. Although primarily telehealth-focused, occasional evenings or weekends may be necessary to accommodate client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and developing evidence-based treatment plans tailored to their individual goals.

• Providing individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, implementing appropriate therapeutic interventions with a focus on solution-oriented approaches.

• Collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and wellness coaches, to ensure comprehensive and continuous client care.

• Maintaining accurate, confidential client records consistent with legal and ethical guidelines to safeguard sensitive information.

• Participating in ongoing professional development, including regular clinical supervision and case conferences, to improve your clinical skills and maintain licensure.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse client base, encompassing individuals dealing with a myriad of mental health challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, substance use issues, and interpersonal difficulties. You will have the opportunity to use your knowledge and expertise to help clients identify and work through their emotional challenges, giving them the tools they need for healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LPC license in the state of Texas.

• A Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited program.

• A proven track record of conducting individual and group therapy in mental health settings, demonstrating an understanding of client needs and the therapeutic process.

• Strong proficiency in utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the specific challenges faced by clients.
