Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify the mental health and substance abuse issues affecting clients and determine an appropriate treatment course.

• Develop personalized treatment plans reflecting each client's unique needs, preferences, and goals based on initial and ongoing assessment findings.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies using electronic health records (EHR) systems.

• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary treatment team — consisting of psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals — to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Engage in regular case reviews and treatment planning meetings, contributing insights and recommendations for comprehensive care strategies.

• Provide crisis intervention services when needed, demonstrating a calm and competent response in high-pressure situations.

• Stay informed about current trends, emerging practices, and legislative changes in mental health and substance use disorder treatment, integrating relevant knowledge into your practice.

You will primarily work with adults facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma histories, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Transformative Psychotherapy Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
