Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to establish clients' substance abuse history and overall mental health status, using validated tools and interviews.

• Craft personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, addressing both their addiction and any co-occurring mental health disorders.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, applying evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team composed of psychiatrists, social workers, and addiction specialists to provide integrated care.

• Provide education and support for clients' families, promoting their involvement and understanding of the recovery process, which is essential for sustainable recovery.

• Maintain precise and thorough documentation of client progress in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring all records are both accurate and up-to-date.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population, primarily focusing on individuals battling substance abuse disorders, including alcohol and drug dependency. Many clients may also present with co-occurring mental health issues such as anxiety and depression, requiring a multifaceted approach to treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as either a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
