Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and screenings to understand each client's unique substance abuse history, mental health status, and treatment needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address both addiction and any underlying mental health issues.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing (MI).

• Collaborate regularly with interdisciplinary team members, such as medical professionals and case managers, to provide integrated and holistic care.

• Educate clients and their families about the recovery process and strategies to support a healthy lifestyle post-treatment.

You will primarily work with adults struggling with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
