The work schedule typically spans from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility in hours to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments, aiming to understand each patient’s unique trauma history and identifying personalized treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on trauma recovery, resilience-building, and sustained mental health improvement.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions, employing established techniques to help clients process trauma and develop effective coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care tailored to each patient’s needs.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support for patients experiencing trauma-related emergencies, ensuring their immediate safety and well-being.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, coping strategies, and available resources, helping them understand the healing process.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in alignment with legal and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts.

• Demonstrated knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
