Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' histories and identify tailored treatment approaches.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery and resilience enhancement.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to guide client healing.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, facilitating a safe environment for clients to process their trauma and develop effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to provide integrated support for our clients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing trauma-related emergencies, ensuring they receive the help they need in high-stress situations.

• Offer education to patients and their families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available mental health resources.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client progress in accordance with legal standards and ethical best practices.

• Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings to enhance your approach to trauma-informed care.

Our practice primarily serves individuals grappling with the effects of trauma, including PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. Hold a current and valid licensure as either an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Massachusetts, demonstrating your professional qualifications to practice in this critical area of mental health.

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates with a minimum of two years of post-licensure experience, particularly those who have worked with trauma-related disorders. Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care principles and therapeutic modalities is essential, along with a history of successfully delivering trauma-focused interventions. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate high-pressure situations are a must.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 90,000 and USD 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
