Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility and convenience while ensuring that you can provide effective therapy to clients in need. Our work hours run Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient scheduling demands. You will be equipped with the necessary technology to manage your therapy sessions and communication efficiently. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments with an emphasis on cultural sensitivity, aiming to create meaningful and personalized treatment plans for each patient.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care for patients.

• Deliver educational resources to patients and families regarding mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources that can aid in their recovery.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in line with ethical standards and legal requirements, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts.

• A comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and the importance of cultural competency in therapeutic interactions.

• Experience in providing individual and group therapy utilizing culturally responsive techniques and strategies.

• Strong crisis intervention skills, maintaining composure and professionalism in high-stress situations.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a proven track record of building rapport with clients of diverse backgrounds.

• Proficient use of electronic health record (EHR) systems and various computer applications related to mental health care.

• A commitment to ethical standards, professional integrity, and maintaining client confidentiality at all times.

Compensation and Benefits\n
