Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the severity and impact of mood disorder symptoms, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety.

• Collaborate with clients to develop customized treatment plans that align with their specific goals, preferences, and life circumstances.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to implement effective interventions.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care techniques to empower informed decision-making.

• Monitor client progress through regular assessments, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Facilitate collaborative care by working alongside psychiatrists and other medical professionals to provide integrated support.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to enhance therapeutic strategies.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with state and federal regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves individuals struggling with mood disorders, including those from vulnerable populations such as the homeless, refugees, and survivors of domestic violence. Qualifications\n
