As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Optimum Mind & Behavioral Counseling Services, your essential responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with clients to design and implement personalized treatment plans that align with their unique needs, aspirations, and values.

• Applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support clients in their recovery.

• Monitoring client progress diligently, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments to ensure optimal results.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following:
