Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health status through interviews, observations, and standardized tools to understand their unique challenges and needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily provide services to children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with various challenges, such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and trauma. Your capacity to empathize with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds will be essential in fostering strong therapeutic alliances and effective interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in marriage and family therapy, social work, counseling, or a closely related field is required.

• A valid Texas state license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory; candidates must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Path Finder Counseling Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
