Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses of clients presenting with various mental health disorders, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and trauma.

• Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to meet client needs.

• Utilize appropriate screening tools and assessments to analyze patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.

• Provide appropriate referrals to specialists and community resources while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams when needed.

• Document client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring the utmost confidentiality and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular supervision and continuing education to further your professional development and maintain your licensure.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will encompass working with a wide range of clients, including individuals dealing with grief and loss, family conflicts, blended family issues, job stress, alcohol abuse, and the complexities surrounding separation and divorce. Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential in the state of Texas.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
