Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources, ensuring a comprehensive approach to treatment.

• Provide tailored therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create and implement comprehensive, client-centered treatment plans that align with clinical goals.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups designed to enhance the therapeutic experience and promote community among clients.

• Perform crisis interventions and risk assessments as necessary, ensuring safety and effective action plans are in place for clients in need.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance and quality assurance.
