Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, utilizing a variety of assessment tools and methodologies.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, adjusting as necessary to reflect client progress and feedback.

• Provide therapeutic services using diverse modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and family systems therapy, depending on client needs.

• Engage with clients in crisis, delivering immediate support and intervention strategies to those in acute distress, while also coordinating further care as necessary.

• Participate in community outreach efforts to promote mental health awareness and education, hosting workshops and informational sessions to reduce stigma and build resilience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will consist of individuals from various backgrounds facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid, independent, and active license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) , or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .

• Completion of a master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Demonstrated cultural sensitivity to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
\n
• Effective organizational and time-management capabilities, ensuring compliance with documentation and reporting requirements.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a community mental health setting or outpatient clinic is preferred.

• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems to maintain accurate client documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
