Our outpatient office operates in a remote setting, which allows our therapists flexibility while maintaining a collaborative approach to care. The work schedule typically runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories, identifying effective treatment strategies tailored to individual needs.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that center on trauma recovery and resilience, adapting methodologies based on patient progress.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate healing and growth.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, guiding patients through processing trauma, developing coping skills, and enhancing emotional regulation.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrative approach to patient care and enhance overall treatment efficacy.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, using your clinical skills to support patients during trauma-related emergencies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
