Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to formulate effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Coordinate care with other members of the multidisciplinary team, including nurses and other healthcare providers, ensuring a seamless approach to patient treatment.

• Document patient progress meticulously and in alignment with departmental standards, ensuring that progress notes are completed by the end of each shift to accurately reflect the patient's advancements towards their therapeutic goals.

• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, skillfully managing behavioral changes and advocating for the needs of patients.

• Engage in proactive support for patients and their families, assisting them in understanding therapeutic processes and available resources.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, and families, focusing on a diverse array of mental health concerns.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient care strategies and contribute to a collaborative care environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients include individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and behavioral concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An independent mental health license (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) issued by the state board, as limited or provisional licenses will not be accepted.

• Proficient ability to evaluate, make decisions, and recommend appropriate treatment plans for individuals.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills combined with a compassionate nature, critical for effective therapist-client relationships.

• Strong computer literacy, including familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR), telehealth platforms, and online scheduling systems.

Preferred Experience\n
