Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments, evaluating each patient’s history and symptoms to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Design and implement individualized treatment protocols focusing on trauma recovery, ensuring that therapeutic approaches are evidence-based.

• Utilize specialized therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) during individual and group therapy sessions.

• Provide support to patients as they process their trauma, develop effective coping mechanisms, and engage in their healing journey.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and allied health professionals to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.

• Deliver crisis intervention services during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring that clients receive timely and effective support.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses and available coping strategies, empowering them with knowledge to aid their recovery.

• Maintain accurate and secure clinical documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Engage in collaborative case consultations, contribute to team discussions, and partake in professional development activities to continuously enhance your skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals who have experienced significant trauma, including PTSD and complex trauma. You will play a pivotal role in guiding them through their recovery, fostering resilience, and restoring hope.

Qualifications\n

• An accredited Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Current and valid licensure in Massachusetts as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.

• Strong foundational knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed care principles.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, characterized by a compassionate and non-judgmental approach.

• Proficient with electronic health record (EHR) software and standard computer applications.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
