Work Environment\n

This remote role allows for flexibility, enabling you to work from anywhere while maintaining the utmost dedication to your patients. Although you will primarily work from home, you will also collaborate with our outpatient office team. Our standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility needed based on patient requirements. Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough trauma-informed assessments to determine patients’ trauma history and inform treatment strategies.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans tailored to individual recovery goals, emphasizing resilience-building techniques.

• Providing evidence-based therapies, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to individual and group therapy settings.

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions, allowing patients to process trauma experiences, develop coping strategies, and foster healing.
\n
• Coordinating with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for your patients.
\n
• Offering crisis intervention and immediate support during trauma-related emergencies, showcasing your expertise in high-pressure situations.
\n
• Educating patients and their families on trauma responses and available resources to empower them throughout their recovery journey.
\n
• Maintaining precise and confidential patient documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Engaging in regular case consultations and team meetings, as well as activities focused on acquiring skills in trauma-informed care.

• Staying current with the latest research and best practices in trauma therapy to continuously improve the care you provide.

In this role, you will support a diverse patient population experiencing a range of trauma-related conditions, primarily focusing on survivors of PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Florida.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is required, with a strong emphasis on trauma-related disorders and treatments.

• Robust understanding of trauma-informed treatment modalities and resilience-building strategies.
\n
• Demonstrated experience delivering trauma-focused therapies and interventions.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, paired with a compassionate and non-judgmental outlook.

• Ability to maintain calm and composure during high-stress situations.
\n
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and software applications.
\n
• Capability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Preferred Experience\n

While two years of post-licensure experience is required, those with additional experience in trauma therapy, a specialization in specific therapeutic modalities, or knowledge of evidence-based intervention strategies will be highly regarded. A track record of successfully collaborating within a treatment team to facilitate integrated patient care is also a valuable asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n
