Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and establish clinical diagnoses tailored to their unique situations.

• Create comprehensive treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based modalities, ensuring that therapy approaches resonate with the individual goals of each client.

• Provide ongoing individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic techniques such as CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy.

• Deliver crisis intervention and immediate support for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies.

• Maintain meticulous client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment documentation, adhering strictly to ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in Massachusetts.

• Possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
