Work Environment\n

This role allows you to provide services from a remote setting, ensuring flexibility while maintaining high-quality care. The work schedule is typically Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some potential flexibility based on individual patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients’ trauma histories, identifying appropriate treatment strategies.

• Design and implement customized treatment plans aimed at promoting trauma recovery and resilience, ensuring they are tailored to each individual's specific needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate healing.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, helping patients process their trauma experiences while developing effective coping mechanisms.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary team members to provide integrated holistic care to patients.

• Respond to crisis situations involving trauma-related emergencies, providing immediate support and intervention when necessary.

• Educate patients and family members about trauma responses, healthy coping strategies, and available community resources.

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation following legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Tennessee is mandatory.

• A strong understanding of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 80,000 and 104,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
