Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to identify patients’ therapy goals and trauma histories.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that align with each patient’s unique recovery journey and resilience-building needs.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to ensure holistic and integrated care for each patient.

• Provide crisis intervention for patients during trauma-related emergencies and develop coping strategies to manage acute stress reactions.

Qualifications\n

• Education: Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Licensure: Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Nevada is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
