Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ trauma histories, establishing a clear understanding of their individual treatment needs.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at trauma recovery, integrating therapeutic goals that prioritizes patient resilience and autonomy.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate effective healing.

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to support clients in processing trauma and developing essential coping strategies.

• Engage in close collaboration with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic and integrated care for all clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services for patients facing trauma-related emergencies, ensuring timely and respectful support during heightened distress.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses and coping mechanisms, alongside available community resources for extended support.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
