Work Environment\n

This position is offered as a fully remote role, which means you can participate in meaningful mental health interventions without being physically present in an office. Our flexible working hours, typically from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, may differ occasionally to accommodate patient scheduling needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to evaluate clients' backgrounds and specific trauma-related experiences.

• Design and implement actionable, individualized treatment plans aimed at promoting trauma recovery and resilience; regularly assess and adjust these plans based on ongoing evaluations.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) as well as Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to conduct effective individual and group therapy sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention services when emergencies arise, ensuring immediate support and safety for students experiencing severe distress.

• Engage collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, school counselors, and educational staff, to coordinate comprehensive care and support services for students.

• Facilitate psychoeducation sessions for patients and their families, addressing trauma responses and promoting coping strategies, resources, and supportive services.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings, keeping up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in trauma-informed care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
