Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at providing exceptional care:

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), specifically designed for trauma recovery.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions to equip patients with coping strategies and promote healing.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and our multidisciplinary team to ensure that patients receive comprehensive, coordinated care.

• Provide crisis intervention for patients experiencing trauma-related emergencies, ensuring immediate support and safety.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) in Arizona.

• A strong foundational understanding of trauma-related disorders and treatment modalities.
