Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate clients' trauma histories, presenting symptoms, and current mental health status.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at trauma recovery, utilizing evidence-based modalities.

• Provide therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), in both individual and group therapy settings.

• Facilitate support sessions to guide clients in processing their experiences, navigating emotional distress, and learning coping strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to create integrated care plans, ensuring that all aspects of the client's wellbeing are addressed.

• Offer crisis intervention services to clients in need, providing immediate support during trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate clients and their families about trauma, the healing process, and available community resources to support ongoing recovery.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
