Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories, identifying appropriate therapeutic strategies to address their unique needs.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery, utilizing specific techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
