Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients' emotional and psychological well-being, ensuring accurate diagnoses.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, goals, and therapeutic preferences, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate a variety of therapeutic modalities, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, adapting approaches to suit diverse client needs.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients facing acute psychological distress, ensuring they receive timely and appropriate care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele ranging from adolescents to adults dealing with a variety of psychological issues. This includes, but is not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. By providing tailored therapeutic interventions, you will play a vital part in improving the emotional resilience and quality of life for your clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or closely related field.

• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is required.
