Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work schedule while maintaining a balance between your professional responsibilities and personal life. Our primary hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate individual patient needs. As part of our virtual team, you will engage in regular video conferencing sessions, ensuring a collaborative approach to trauma healing with your colleagues and patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to understand patients' trauma histories and tailor appropriate treatment methods accordingly.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at promoting recovery and resilience, incorporating the latest evidence-based practices.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) during individual and group therapy sessions.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to provide an integrated approach to patient care, ensuring conclusive treatment outcomes.

• Provide emergency support and crisis intervention for clients facing trauma-related crises, effectively managing and de-escalating stressful situations.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, coping strategies, and accessible resources to enhance understanding and engagement in their healing journey.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring high-quality patient records.

• Engage in ongoing case consultations, team meetings, and professional development opportunities focused on enhancing trauma-informed care practices.

• Stay informed about advancements in trauma therapy and participate in continuing education to maintain licensure and advocate best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will directly impact individuals facing various trauma-related challenges, particularly clients struggling with PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. You will support diverse populations, each with unique backgrounds and experiences, fostering a supportive atmosphere that respects cultural sensitivities and personal healing journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Arizona.

• At least two years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in trauma-focused settings.
\n
• Strong knowledge of trauma-related disorders along with trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, exhibiting a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to patient care.

• Adeptness in electronic health record (EHR) systems and proficient in utilizing computer applications to manage patient information effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
