Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate clients' needs, history, and readiness for treatment.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to foster recovery and resilience in clients.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, nurturing a supportive environment where clients can safely process their trauma.

• Engage in regular collaboration with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to deliver integrated and comprehensive care for clients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring client safety and emotional support.

• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses, coping strategies, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of client interactions and progress in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in case consultations, interdisciplinary team meetings, and ongoing professional development focused on enhancing trauma-informed practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse population of individuals who have faced significant trauma, including those with PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Your role is critical in providing them with supportive and effective care, empowering them to reclaim their lives and develop coping strategies to manage their symptoms.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Pennsylvania is required.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting focused on trauma recovery is preferred.

• Deep knowledge of trauma-related disorders and familiarity with trauma-informed care and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build therapeutic relationships with clients from various backgrounds.

• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and adept with digital communication tools.

• Capacity to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team that values shared goals and client-centered care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
