Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual and family therapy sessions through a telehealth platform, ensuring adherence to agency protocols and client confidentiality standards.

• Complete billing and documentation in alignment with agency requirements, maintaining accurate records of client interactions and outcomes.

• Participate in on-call rotations as needed, providing after-hours support to clients in crisis, which may require responding to urgent needs and coordinating necessary care.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each client’s specific needs.

• Cultivate effective communication channels with various stakeholders, including schools and community organizations, to facilitate coordinated care for clients.

• Utilize therapeutic techniques grounded in research to address a wide range of mental health conditions, tailoring your approach to individual client circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will encompass a wide patient demographic, from newborns to the elderly, offering you a rich and varied caseload that enhances professional development. Clients may present with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges, requiring a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to treatment that respects their unique cultural backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

• Strong understanding of trauma-informed care principles and an ability to operate within a culturally sensitive framework.

• The salary for this role ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 per year , contingent on client caseload and relevant experience.
