Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), tailored to individual client needs.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to determine clients’ stressors, mental health challenges, and personal goals, ensuring a personalized approach to care.

• Lead guided mindfulness exercises, meditation sessions, and breathing techniques to enhance self-awareness and emotional regulation in clients.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops focused on mindfulness practices, stress management techniques, and resilience-building strategies.

• Integrate mindfulness practices into individual therapy sessions to address and improve specific mental health issues with measurable outcomes.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare professionals to create a holistic treatment plan that encompasses various therapeutic approaches.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, therapeutic methodologies utilized, and progress towards treatment goals.

• Dedicate time to personal mindfulness practice and engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on trends in MBSR and other relevant therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
