Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, including MBSR and mindful meditation, to clients facing stress, anxiety, and other mental health challenges.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to ascertain clients' stressors and personal goals, allowing for tailored therapeutic approaches that maximize client engagement.

• Guide clients through personalized mindfulness exercises, such as meditation and breathing techniques, supporting them in achieving emotional stability and heightened self-awareness.

• Facilitate interactive group workshops and classes focused on mindfulness, stress management, and resilience-building strategies, fostering community support and shared learning.

• Incorporate mindfulness principles into individual therapy sessions, addressing specific mental health concerns and encouraging overall client growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Florida.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
