Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver tailored mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to clients in order to foster stress reduction and emotional wellness.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients' individual stressors, challenges, and therapeutic goals, enabling personalized mindfulness practices.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation, and breathing techniques that promote self-awareness and emotional equilibrium.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops focused on mindfulness practices and stress management strategies that build resilience within the community.

• Integrate mindfulness techniques into individual therapy sessions, addressing specific mental health concerns and promoting holistic well-being.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive, integrated approach to client care.

• Document clients' progress diligently, recording mindfulness interventions and adjusting treatment plans to meet evolving needs.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
